Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote and sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a secure firewall. We also store your data on our own secure servers hosted in the cloud.
We are the Data Controller of the data you provide to us. Whilst we aim to process your data within Cyberrock, we sometimes use 3rd party Data Processing partners to analyse your data individually and in aggregate, and to help us communicate with you. The list of data processing partners is available on request but omitted from this document for supply chain security purposes.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce any user agreements we have with you, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. The Cyberrock mobile application is available by invitation only to customers with a registered Cyberrock device.
Your Cyberrock device collects cybersecurity data including network risk scores, connected device information, and security recommendations. This data is uploaded from your Cyberrock device to our servers and displayed in the app. The app itself does not collect this network data.
Wi-Fi credentials entered during device setup are transmitted directly to your Cyberrock device via encrypted Bluetooth and are not stored by the app or our servers.
Our services are designed for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
You may delete your account at any time through the Cyberrock mobile app. When you request account deletion:
Data deleted includes your account credentials, personal information, chat history, and device associations.
You will receive an email confirmation when your account is scheduled for deletion. If you did not request deletion, contact us immediately at info@cyberrock.ai.
Please note that some data may persist in backup systems for up to 90 days, and certain records may be retained where required by law.
If you don't want us to process your data anymore, please contact us using the contact details provided in this document.
We will keep your data for as long as we need to service a request, manage you on our mailing list, or until you request for your details to be deleted.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website.
